Keith is a mental health advocate who shared his, raw, emotional and powerful personal story with us.  Just over 10 years ago Keith experienced a life changing trauma which left him suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and ultimately led to him attempting to take his own life. Today, Keith is healthy and well and able to share his story so others might hear it and reach out.
