We're only minutes away from some amazing trails and many are easily accessible via public transportation. Trail running started early here and the earliest trail racing company was Enviro-Sports, started by Dave Horning, which started putting on triathlons. He shares some of the company's early history and how the racing scene has changed over time. I also speak with Wendell Doman, who most people know as Wendell.
