12/03/2019 Duração: 38minIn our second episode we have the Revd Canon Mark Powley as our guest. We didn't stick too tightly to our script and so expect New Testament, presence of God as well as science and cosmology. He is also completing a PHD at Kings College London reflecting on the presence of God in corporate worship.

Episode One- Sally Nelson
29/01/2019 Duração: 34minIn our very first Leeds School of Theology Podcast one of our favourite teachers Sally Nelson chats with us about her story, church life, suffering and persecution and what exciting things she sees happening in theology at the moment. Sally is Dean of Baptist Formation at St Hild College in Sheffield. She read chemistry at Jesus College, Oxford, and had a career in science publishing before pursuing theological education at London School of Theology and then Spurgeon’s College. She was ordained as a Baptist minister and has held pastorates in Watford and Wetherby as well as chaplaincy posts in hospice and hospital. Sally coordinates two reflective theology networks for Baptists in the north of England and edits the Baptist Ministers’ Journal and Scripture Union’s Encounter with God notes. We hope you enjoy the episode, we enjoyed making it.
