In the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, otherwise known as the Mormon Church, members are encouraged to progress everyday by being consistent in their studies of the scriptures and in practicing their religion. But sometimes living "in the world" (where not everything is centered around Jesus Christ and his gospel) can feel almost impossible. So how do we prioritize the gospel every single day? In this episode, we discuss the history of EVERYTHING. Okay, maybe not everything but the history of the world. We talk about our ancestors (yes, yours too), our Savior, Adam and Eve, and everything in between. This history is according to our beliefs as members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, otherwise known as the Mormon church or LDS church.  David leads the discussion and gives a brief account of how man came to be. There are A TON of dating tips out there... especially for members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (otherwise known as Mormons). In this episode, Jordan joins us to talk about growing up in the Bible Belt as a member of the Church or Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (otherwise known as the Mormon Church or LDS Church).  Jordan and Kwaku both grew up in the south and grew up surrounded by people who had a knowledge of the misconceptions about the restored church. Jordan expresses how difficult it is to teach by the spirit when those around you are solely interested in proving you wrong and arguing with you. A LOT of people in our audience have asked, "Is it okay NOT to serve a mission?" Short answer: YES. It's okay.  David says that in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (otherwise known as the Mormon Church), young men are encouraged to serve a full-time mission. However, just because it's an encouragement does not mean it's a requirement to be a faithful member of the Church.  Kwaku talks about his experience in determining whether or not to serve a mission. Kwaku has decided not to serve a full-time mission, as it is formally known, and has instead determined that his mission was to preach the gospel online through different social media platforms.  David and Kwaku both express that their choice to serve a mission changed their lives for the better and that they don't regret the choices they made.  Did you serve a mission? Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (otherwise known as Mormons) frequently give 'blessings.' But what is a blessing and does it actually work?  In this episode, Kwaku, David, and Justin discuss what blessings are in the restored Church (also known as the LDS Church or Mormon Church) and how blessings work. They talk about the 'laying on of hands,' meaning that when a blessing is given, the person (or persons) giving the blessing will put their hands on the head of the receiver. This is an ancient practice that can be found throughout religious history of christianity and is still practice today.  So, can blessings cure sickness? For this episode, we had the INSANELY INCREDIBLE opportunity to interview Charlie! As you can see from the video, she is intelligent, sweet, beautiful and everything in between.  Everyone loves a good conversion story but this one was especially cool. Charlie talks about when she first encountered the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (commonly known as the Mormon Church) and her initial thoughts. We pray for LOTS of different things. We pray when something is lost, we pray to ace a test, we pray for others who are suffering, we pray to overcome intense trials, etc. But which prayers does God answer? Does God answer every prayer? And how do I know that I'm praying for the right thing?  In this episode, David, Kwaku and Justin answer the questions above and more. Is it okay to be a moderate disciple in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (otherwise known as the Mormon Church)? Can I believe some things and not others? Can I have one foot in and one foot out of the Church?  In this episode, Kwaku, Justin and David talk about if it's okay to live the gospel moderately. Some people call these types of members of the Church "Middle Way Mormons" or "Jack Mormons." They could also be described as unorthodox, unconventional or borderline.  The hosts talk about doubts, about pure discipleship, and about progression. They also mention the apostles of Jesus Christ and where they were as well.  Kwaku explains the difference between faith and beliefs. Nate Bagley runs multiple websites and podcasts including the Mormon Marriages website, utahdatenight.com, and the Loveumentary podcast. All in all, Nate knows A LOT about marriage and relationships so we had a BLAST talking with him about marriage tips, specially for members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (otherwise known as Mormons).  Nate specially talks about tips that you likely won't hear being taught in the restored church (otherwise known as the Mormon or LDS Church). The 3 Mormons (currently known as Saints Unscripted) have many opinions on the topic of beards. Shelley thinks beards are gross and hates them. Ian thinks they are totally fine. Kwaku thinks they are reserved for ancient people. And they have many more opinions on a new show segment called “Rate That Beard”! On “Rate that Beard,” The 3 Mormons discuss their thoughts on different celebrities like Ryan Gosling, Robert Redford, Jack Black, Tom Selleck, and Andrew Garfield, and whether their beards and mustaches are awesome, or terrible.  The 3 Mormons discuss the BYU Honor Code and they agree that when you go to BYU, you sign the honor code; you need to agree to those standards, including not having a beard. If you don’t like the rule, don’t go to the school. It’s just that simple. They recognize that sometimes there are pre-judgments to people with beards, but they all agree that if you want to grow a beard, then go for it. To them, it doesn’t matter if you have a beard.

3 Mormons (currently known as Saints Unscripted) discusses the Millennial generation and Mormon millennials and the positives and negatives associated with it. Why are millennials awesome? Why are they not so awesome? The 3 Mormons all believe that there are good and bad things that come with the millennial generation and that we all can change and improve the stigma. Kwaku believes that the rise of secularism is a rough spot on the millennial generation. He believes that religion in society is very important and that void of religion, we slowly cease to have that goal of what a society should be. And because of that we will become more selfish, prideful, and the family unit will break.  Ian asks the important question: “Is chivalry dead?” Shelley is quick to respond with a confident, “Yes.” Shelley has noticed that men opening doors for women depends on whether the man is interested in the woman. She also thinks that that is a millennial thing, and that in her experience older men will open the door for

3 Mormons (now known as Saints Unscripted) talk about Mormon Missionaries and dating before serving a Mormon Mission. The 3 Mormons are back in action as they give their thoughts and opinions on LDS Church missions and the importance of preparing for LDS missionary work. They then dive into the topic of Mormon dating and the importance it plays on LDS church missions and an individual’s life in general! What is an LDS mission? Ian believes that because Missions are a serious thing, the LDS Church needs stalwart men and women to go out and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Because of the LDS mission age change (young men can serve when they are 18, and young women can serve when they are 19), he thinks that going to college before your mission helps you get out those immature kinks and helps you find out who you really are! Shelley says that because the For the Strength of Youth Pamphlet says that young men and women should only group date when they reach the age of 16, we should heed to that council and we s
