People are going to have their own opinions, and you don’t have to agree but what you can do is not criticize. Also nobody likes a complainer, I was told by my boss one time that half the people you complain to don’t care about what you are saying and the other half are glad is you and not them. 2.Give honest, sincere appreciation- people are thirsty for appreciation and by nature we as human being are not appreciative. Go out of your way to give a sincere appreciation to someone that does something nice for you, it will make his or her day. 3.Become genuinely interested in other people- one great way to make people like you is to become interested in what they are talking about.
