Welcome back to the program everyone and whomever else is listening.   My guest today is Lacee Smith. She is currently running for one of the open seats on the Payson, Utah city council.    With local elections just a week or so away, we’re talking about why she is passionate about running and why it’s important for you to exercise your voting rights.    In the past, only a small percentage of eligible city voters turned out.
