Welcome to a lovely Virgo Full Moon energy meditation. The energy we connect to here is one that connects you to your life path in way that feels exciting and comfortable. In a way that is no longer a path ahead of you, but you are one with it. We drop the linear mind to exist as one with your purpose and life force. For the first half of this my body was acting out in a big way. My stomach growling, sneezing a couple of times and having to clear my throat a lot of times. Luckily, I could edit it out but I wanted to tell you in case you get the same reaction because I feel it was my body letting go of old energy and clearing itself. Before and after the meditation I had nothing of that so for me that’s a clear sign of the energy effect. I had to laugh as I was adding music to the meditation and taking away the constant sneezing and stuck throat, since it was all gone half way through.
