This week we welcome, Judge Stephanie Jones!! As of February 2024, she is the newly appointed Chief Administrative Law Judge of the Knoxville, Tennessee Hearing Office, U.S. Federal Agency. Judge Jones is the CEO and Founder of Omega Daughter, LLC, a consulting firm that provides education and training on EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) and DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility). She has shared her knowledge and expertise with the goal of educating and assisting individuals in resolving labor and employment issues, fostering more positive workplace environments. We are so excited for you all to hear more what all she does in the courtroom and within Omega Daughter.
