Roshan Bhandary has been working in the field of domestic and family violence and violence against women for the last 15 years. Now working as a Program Manager at Women’s Legal Service Victoria, she says migrant communities, including the Nepali diaspora need additional support in this sector. - मेलबर्नकी रोशन भण्डारी वीमेन्स लीगल सर्भिसमा एक प्रोग्राम म्यानेजर हुन्। उक्त संस्थाले घरेलु तथा पारिवारिक हिंसाका कारण समस्यामा रहेका महिलाहरूलाई कानूनी सहायता लिन मद्दत गर्छ। उनी करिब गत १५ वर्षदेखि घरेलु हिंसाको क्षेत्रमा काम गर्दै आएकी छिन् र यस अघि म्याजिस्ट्रेट्स कोर्ट अफ भिक्टोरियामा पनि कार्यरत थिइन्। अस्ट्रेलियामा घरेलु तथा पारिवारिक हिंसा र कानूनको क्षेत्रमा काम गर्न चुनौतीपूर्ण भए तापनि धेरै अवसरहरू रहेको भण्डारीले एसबीएस नेपालीलाई बताएकी छिन्।
