Her weight would yo-yo, she lacked energy, slept poorly, and suffered from terrible binge eating. It was so bad that she'd train six days a week for up to two and a half hours a day and would eat a low calorie and low carb diet. In 2014 Kitty was introduced to the work of Doctor Ray Peat, Emma Sgourakis (The Nutrition Coach), Dodie Anderson and Rob Turner.
