Dan Kimbrough, Artistic Director of the aking Up Space Film Festival, presented by Park Multimedia, the Black Scranton Project and the Scranton Fringe Festival, showcasing the work of BIPOC filmmakers, on Friday, October 4th and Saturday, October 5th at 7:00, with a free reception before the Friday evening screening.
