Adrienne Chavers, affectionately known as Lady AJ, is a HEALthy LIFEstyle Coach and Certified Reboundologist.  In 2008, she founded A More Excellent Way Health Ministry where she taught the principles of taking care of the mind, body, and spirit. She received her Health Minister credentials from Hallelujah Acres in Shelby, North Carolina and was featured in the Hallelujah Acres Health Ministers’ newsletter which is distributed world-wide.  Always interested in increasing her knowledge and ministering with a “spirit of excellence”, Adrienne completed coursework with Ekaya Institute of Living Food Education certifying her as a Raw Food Personal Chef, Raw Food Nutrition Specialist, Raw Food Lifestyle Coach and Raw Food Personal Trainer.
