Tracey Carrington Alston  was born in South Boston, Virginia.  She lived between Virginia and New York most of her childhood and she accepted Christ in 1995.  Tracey is married to Gerald Alston and they have four children.  Tracey’s heart is to help the homeless and less fortunate.  Her favorite verse is...we are the salt of the earth. Matt 5:13  In 2008, Minister Gerald Alston and his wife, Tracey, visited the Washington DC metropolitan area, handing out warm and nutritious meals to the men and women who sat in our nation's parks.  Month after month, they continued distributing nourishment to those in need. They eventually expanded their distribution to the homeless community of Southern Maryland. Along with food, they passed out survival kits that included tents, sleeping bags, blankets, etc. The Alstons recognized the ongoing need to help the homeless and thus, in 2010, Anathoth House, Inc. a ministry of restoration was established.
