This is definitely a rewarding field that requires you to be in shape at all times. As I approached my mid forties I observed my waistline spreading a little further than I wanted it to and my energy level slowing down. I first was introduced to the P90X program in Dec of 2008 by a co worker who I had not seen in months and was impressed and blown away by what I saw. She told me about the program and that it happened in just 90 days...just 3 months!!!
