Gooch is a Speaker, Facilitator, and Educator who currently holds a position as Engineering Manager.  Wilfred is also Founder and CEO of CAD Engineering Tech Consulting where he worked as a contract engineer designing cabinets for the medical industry. Wilfred holds a Bachelors degree in Design Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration.  Wilfred has over 24 years experience working as a Product Design Engineer where he specialized in the areas of designing pumps for their commercial industry, and Military Marine Division; where his work is now on US Navy vessels. Wilfred has also traveled to China, Russia  studying Manufacturing Engineering. Wilfred is devoted husband, father of 3 and Man of God.
