The third in our series for Lent on the fruit of the Spirit, we explore what it means to be a patient people as each day we wait for Jesus to come again into our lives and our world. The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. As we consider what it means to be patient, we reflect on big questions: what happens to us when we die? What happens to our world at the end of time? What does it mean to wait with hope while embracing the present? Our sermon is offered by our student minister Mitchell Anderson.
