Concerns about a facial recognition system being set up by police.RNZ is reporting police have been quietly setting up the nine million dollar system that can identify people using a live feed from CCTV cameras.Privacy lawyer Kathryn Dalziel told Chris Lynch she worries there doesn't appear to be any assessment of the impacts on privacy.She says the departments involved are viewing this as upgrades of what they're doing but it's more significant than that.Listen above.
