From the garden city to the pot hole capital of New Zealand. The poor state of Christchurch's roads in the seven years since the earthquakes has given Christchurch a new name. Mayor Lianne Dalziel told Chris Lynch it is tragic but it's reality.  "Our roads are not in very good condition, still, after the earthquakes. We still had a lot of land settlement issues underneath the roads, and of course the roads have been made more vulnerable." Dalziel says the road maintenance work was put on hold after the earthquakes and now they are paying the price.
