Welcome to episode 10 of the Big Rig Talk Podcast! Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) was introduced in 2015 and became mandatory for the majority of truckers by December 18th, 2017. There was an extension offered for the ELD implementation for truckers that met specific exemption requirements and the end of this extension is Monday, December 16th 2019.
