Strength Culture's Quantum Lifting

The boys met up with Dave Briguglio. Dave is one of the most interesting people that Jamie and Charlie have had the pleasure of meeting. Dave has been a competitive powerlifter for over 10 years, long before any of us even knew what powerlifting was and currently has a 205kg Raw Bench and a 245 kg equipped bench. Through his years of experience within the sport, he takes time to discuss what powerlifting was like 10 years ago long before social media was around. Not only doe he have a massive bench press but he has completed a PHD in GeoScience which now sees him as an exploration manager in the mining of oil and gas.    Please note.
