Earning that moment can often be a struggle, but it’s also an opportunity to begin a growth mindset that will serve you both in your life and in the service. There isn’t one path, there are many and that’s both encouraging and frustrating because it’s not a sure thing. If it was called Fire-Easy everyone would be doing it.
