Work Life Exercise. 1- Commit to getting up at 5am for one continuous week. Snoozers are Losers. Don’t hit your snooze button. Pop out of the sac when you hear your alarm. Once you’re up. Hit the road for a run, the gym for a lift, or Crossfit to start an awesome day! 2- Commit to working until 7pm for one solid week. Compare your performance versus previous weeks. 3- Commit to working Saturdays for one solid month. Compare your performance to previous months. 4- Eat well to be well!
