Today we are here with George Goranitis, one of the youngest lawyers in our firm. The rule of law is applying to foreclosure cases. There have been really good days recently for foreclosure cases. We discuss some of our rcent cases and the strategies we used. 83,000 mortages accross the country got paid the principle bounds reductions out of the 20 million dollars available for that. What happened to that money? We go over this subject today and give our personal point of view on the matter. We got a caller today! We share with him some ideas we have to amplify our audience. What type of lawyer should you get to fight your battle against banks? We give you our recommendations on this matter. There is a judge here in Miami who has allowed me to play Rico against Bank of America. We have been fighting with Bank of America for years now and we have a strong believe that they use false evidence and false witnesses so they can win. So our history with this bank goes way back. We give you all the details in this episode.  

There are different types of judges. Judges with different motivations aside of making sure the law is followed. We go over the types of judges that we have encounter throughout the years. We discuss the situation of teachers and students in public schools in Oklahoma. Why is this happening in Oklahoma? Is it lack of money in the state or is it poorly funding? How can we fix this? Why is the private sectior prioratize? Why is it important give funds for education? We answer all this questions and we share our personal experiences with the education system.

When the client checked her mortgage payments it was suppose to be satisfied according to a lawyer, but she was set for foreclosure. Why? How did we solve this? We answer those wuestions and give a lot of details as well. Why are false witnesses admissible? Shouldn't be consequences when bringing false witnesses or false records or making up documents? We go over this subject using soe cases as examples to support our opinions.

Are you a religious or spiritual person? How can this affect the impartiality of a judge? If compromised, they should get off the case. If the decission is not going to be fair is their duty to step down. We go over how some districs are pro-business and don't care at all about homeowners. Why do I get PCA in every appeal of foreclosure cases? Why my legal arguments aren't taken into account? Am I a bad lawyer? Am I beign threatened by the court? We do take oath oath as a lawyers very siriously, therefore we feel the need to keep fighting for our clients.  

Out of thirty-something appeals that I have done out of foreclosure cases every time I am appealing a judge who entered a ruling at a trial level I get PCA. The trial judge enter a final judgement that doesn't answer any of my legal arguments or make any conclusions of law. We are discussing this matter in detail. Is this a matter of rulling in favor of the wealthy? Aren't thelegal arguments suppose to be analyze? Why are they beign ignored? "Per curiam affirmed" (PCA) refers to a decison of a court, without identifying any judges by name, finding that the decision of a lower court was correct. Such a decision is often made without rendering an opinion.

We discuss how they didi it and how one of the most repected judges handled the situation. If the assets of a bank are worth 65 billion dollars, how much do you think the penalty should be? We explain how this would work and how this penalty would teach a lesson to banks. Also this money should go to the greater good of the people of Miami Dade County. We go over some examples of issues in our county that might get solve with that money like end homelessness, end drug addiction, provide good quality mental health services, among many others.

She also goes over some details of her electoral campaing. There are a lot of people who bought properties that were own by people who stop paying their mortgages. There has been a big fight around this issue. We discuss a case that was different because the buyer did know that there was a mortgage in place. We compare this case with other cases that we have presented to the same judge. I fought a fair fight and talked with the judge in regards to the decisions made in both cases.
