He also tries to explain what happened to him regarding his legal battle while trying to not violate his gag order. So, he uses the Geoff Tate Vs. Queensryche legal case as an example. He also talks about why he feels that the whole cyber attack involving the Sony film, "The Interview", was a "War Of The Worlds" type of publicity stunt and why people need to get over the Oscar snub regarding the film, "Selma".
