Toriono Newkirk AKA Shot Out has been a staple in the Jacksonville music scene for over 20yrs. Know as Mr. Jacksonville to some and the first man in Jacksonville to make public his issues with Bigga Rankin to others, Shot Out has a diverse story to tell.
