A few times each year, we respond to some of the comments on our YouTube channel. We choose comments that are kind, upsetting, witty, and wild. Many comments are uplifting but many others are aggressive and WOAH, we love reading them! In this episode, we talk about the history of the church, Under the Banner of Heaven, and so much more! Please know that we are grateful for your comments and grateful for this fantastic community.

We have been dreaming of the day we could have Hannah come on Saints Unscripted to share her conversion story. We connected with Hannah way back when we were called 3 Mormons and have loved learning from her. We were elated at the opportunity to have her on our channel to share her conversion story -- a story of diligence, faith, and YouTube :) Hannah was raised in the Bible Belt so her experience with the LDS Church was limited. She had many questions from the faith traditions she would study and she finally saw some videos that were an answer to prayer. This is an episode you don't want to miss!!

It's not often we have guests who are so familiar with the Chruch of Jesus Christ (known as the Mormon Church) in many different parts of the world. So today, we are thrilled to talk with Luis about his experience with the LDS Church in Utah as well as in his home country of Colombia. Paul is one of the most dedicated converts we have ever met and we are stoked to share his conversion story with you!   Paul shares his story of not knowing much about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (otherwise known as the Mormon Church) to learning about the missionaries and to finding peace and hope through the gospel of Jesus Christ. Paul had many questions prior to joining the church and felt a sense of loss, not knowing he’d get the answers he needed to some of life’s most important questions. The hope he now feels has motivated him to serve a mission and share his light with others!

Today on Saints Unscripted, we are talking to Frasier Perez, an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and an early return missionary. Frasier is full of goodness and light, as you'll see from this interview. Despite having been through so many mental health challenges, he remains strong in his conviction of God and maintains so much courage to do what's best for him. Frasier talks about going on his full-time mission for the LDS Church and then coming home due to depression and anxiety, something that changed in different ways throughout his journey during and after his mission.

Today we present to you JOE METRO, a man with incredible character and charisma!! We had so much fun hearing his story and learning from his example of determination and diligence. Joe grew up in Southern California where he met Scott, a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (otherwise known as the Mormon Church). Scott invited him to mutual, asked him to take the discussions, and finally asked his mom if he would be able to join the church. His story is humorous, faith-filled, and full of miracles.

Today on Saints Unscripted, Quinn joins us to talk about her conversion story from being a Quaker to a Latter-day Saint! Quinn's story is incredible and one of our favorite LDS conversion stories of all time. She talks about her experience growing up with different religious and spiritual thought, dealing with some past trauma, going through mental health challenges, and coming to learn about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (otherwise known as the Mormon Church). Quinn, we LOVED hearing your story and know you will do amazing things!!

In this episode, we talk about the translation of the Book of Mormon since it's the anniversary of the translation! We share our experience with the Book of Mormon, what the process of translation was like, and some fun facts. What does the Book of Mormon mean to you? 

Once upon a time, we came across an article on Latter-day Saint Mag that was powerful, magical, and humbly told. We reached out to the author, Steve Kenny, who so happened to respond to our message and join us for an interview about his conversion story! Steve is a convert to the Church of Jesus Christ (otherwise known as the Mormon Church). Steve is from Ireland, where he was taught Irish legends and history that helped him in his journey to joining the church. His story is beautiful and simple and everything we hoped it would be. This is an episode you don't want to miss!!

It's not often that we have a scholar on the life of Joseph Smith join us to talk about our founder and first prophet. We are so grateful to hear from Casey Griffiths about the last moments of Joseph Smith's life. Joseph Smith was shot and killed on June 27th, 1844. In this episode, you'll hear Casey mention some important doctrines, dates, and events, many of which we have talked about in previous videos.

We're stoked to share this conversion story with you! Jaxon is witty, humble, kind, and a firm believer of Jesus Christ. Jaxon grew up as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (otherwise known as the Mormon Church) and had many wonderful experiences in the church growing up. However, it wasn't until a severe accident occurred that Jaxon began searching for forgiveness, not knowing if he would make it out of his surgery. Under the Banner of Heaven, a miniseries on Hulu based on the book by John Krakauer, was recently released. We filmed our reaction to the first and second episodes in a previous video. We recently watched episodes 3 and 4 and have decided they warranted a reaction!! Under the Banner of Heaven, a miniseries on Hulu based on the book by John Krakauer, was released this last weekend. We watched the first two episodes on the day of the release and, as active and practicing members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (otherwise known as the Mormon Church), we filmed our reactions! Today on Hulu, a miniseries called Under the Banner of Heaven was released. This series focuses on the Lafferty murders that occurred in 1984. The Lafferty brothers who committed the murders were raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. For today's episode, we had the incredible opportunity to talk with the sergeant during the Lafferty case, Mike Pientka. Mike was in direct contact with Dan Lafferty almost every single day for a year. He talks about Dan's character, his change in demeanor, and the overall experience being close with a murderer.
