A World Bank delegation called on Special Assistant Chief Minister Punjab Hassan Khawar and discussed various proposals for tourist facilities at Murree and other tourist destinations. Most of the points were discussed on the occasion in collaboration with the World Bank, especially for opening rescue centers in Murree and for load management. The Special Assistant Chief Minister also directed to prepare a comprehensive plan for traffic management in Murree and emphasize on awareness campaign in this regard. It was decided in the meeting that special centers would be set up in collaboration with the World Bank for providing awareness and information to tourists. The World Bank will also co-operate with the Department of Tourism in monitoring digital traffic at tourist destinations. The meeting also agreed to provide maximum facilities for the interest of tourists.
