Mike O’Regan and Mike Barney take a biweekly look at the music that has drawn them together. Both are big fans of pop punk, emo and alternative rock music and sit down to discuss the musical style and influence of current emo and indie rock bands as well as the staples of the genre such as Blink-182, Green Day, and New Found Glory. Beyond discussing music, the duo also cover pop culture including TV and Movies and detail the things that are keeping them engaged in everyday life including contemporary politics, dating as a millennial or the trends and news items occupying the world around them. Their discussions routinely feature contrasting viewpoints on popular topics as they share their opinions, thoughts, and insight on new and old albums, artists, songs, and genres in addition to the things going on in their lives.
