As of July 1 in New York City has updated their rent regulation and rent protection laws. This specifically affects rent stabilized tenants and landlords who own these buildings and possibly Developers as well who are in contract to buy.

Following up on our last episode on millennial homeownership today we talk about simple ways for you to save money while you’re renting and accumulate a down payment for your first home.
