Do you ever experience not having enough money to live comfortably until the next paycheck? Have you ever borrowed money or used credit cards to pay for an emergency expense? At some point in time, if you haven’t had either one of these experiences, you probably will. We get it--the American financial system is run by debt and borrowing, but that doesn’t necessarily make it a good thing. Unfortunately, there are negative psychological effects that impact an individual’s quality of life based on their relationship with money, debt, and the lack of education in how to better manage money.
