Mission Motorsport | Royal Tank Regiment | Afghanistan: James is a former Major in the British Army who served with the Royal Tank Regiment in Afghanistan. He has since founded Mission Motorsport - the MoD's competent authority for motor sport as a recovery activity and a Royal Foundation Endeavour Fund initiative. To date, Mission Motorsport has helped nearly 2000 veterans find work through its programs, most recently including the Mission Automotive Initiative.

Jonny is the founder of Campaign Force UK - a not-for-profit organisation aimed at bringing more veterans into politics in order to challenge the status quo. As a reservist, Jonny served with the PWRR, Intelligence Corps and in Afghanistan on Operation Herrick.

Stabbed, shot, blown up, Helen served with the London Met Police and became the first mother to serve with SO19 - the Met's infamous firearms unit, and only the third ever female to do so, also being awarded a Queen's Commendation for Brave Conduct. Helen was subsequently medically discharged with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. She has since found comfort among the veteran community via Rock2Recovery and Hidden Valley Bushcraft.

Jonny Mortimer Hendry is the CEO of cyber security firm IOSEC, a charity fundraiser for Support Our Paras and also a former Officer in the Parachute Regiment, conducting multiple tours of Afghanistan during his service.

A former US Marine, Huey Morgan is also an American musician best known as the frontman of rock/hip hop band Fun Lovin' Criminals. He also performs as a BBC Radio DJ, and has made film and TV appearances.

Racing Driver | IED Survivor | Royal Marines Commando ABOUT THE GUEST: Steve is a former Company Commander who survived three IED blasts in Afghanistan, the third leaving him with severe injuries. He is now a successful entrepreneur (owner of Lios Bikes) and also drives competitively for Invictus Games Racing - a collaboration between the Invictus Games Foundation and James Holder - co founder of the Superdry clothing brand.

Known as "The Flying Wing", Rory is England's record international try scorer. He played in three Rugby World Cups and three British Lions Tours and also served as a fighter pilot in the RAF, leaving the military in 2001. He now runs a successful performance consultancy called Wingman Ltd .

IED Survivor | Sniper | Vegan Struck by an IED in Afghanistan, Michael was medically discharged due to his injuries and now lives in a remote cottage in North Wales. Between work, he spends his time assisting various charities throughout the UK.

Royal Marines Commando | Canadian | Special Forces Support Group Josh served in Afghanistan with the Royal Marines and Special Forces Support Group. After leaving the military josh was paralysed in a climbing accident. He is now a paracyclist and motivational speaker.

Convicted for Murder | Royal Australian Regiment | Private Security Contractor ABOUT THE GUEST: Convicted for murder in Afghanistan in 2009, Rob spent several years in a notorious Afghan prison awaiting execution and fighting to quash his sentence and clear his name. He has since written a book about the ordeal, called The Seventh Circle.

Northern Ireland Veteran | Royal Green Jacket | Facebook Marketing Lead (Europe) Andy served in Northern Ireland in the 1980's, conducted over 3000 skydives as an instructor is now a successful marketing professional, working for Facebook as the marketing lead for Europe.

Steve is CEO and founder of Forces Cars Direct - a highly successful company which provides veterans and service personnel with higher discounts than that offered by other companies - rewarding people for their service. Steve previously served with the Army Air Corps and in 1990 deployed on Operation Granby (the Gulf War).

Tug was awarded the George Medal for his actions as a medic on the "day of days" in Afghanistan 2006, serving with 3 Para Battlegroup at Kajaki Dam. The events were turned into a feature film of the same name. He has since left the military and works as the Training and Development Manager for health care provider Iqarus Ltd.

Steve is the author of X Platoon and Operation Mayhem, books detailing the unique operations he was involved in during his service with The Parachute Regiment and the Pathfinder Platoon, including Operation Palliser in Sierra Leone. Steve left the military in 2001 and has since founded adventure and survival training company "X Platoon".

Recognisable from Channel 4's SAS Who Dares Wins, Jason served in HM Forces for 25 years, a significant period of which was working in Human Intelligence and Psychological Warfare with Special Forces. Jason is in the process of establishing the Head Shed Base - a retreat for people suffering from mental health issues.

A former soldier with the Honorable Artillery Company, Janey was forced to give up her dreams of a military career after breaking her back in a horse riding accident. Janey has recently returned from Oman after walking across its infamous Empty Quarter as part of a multi-cultural and multi-ethnic team.

James served with the Royal Marines and was awarded a Conspicuous Gallantry Cross during his service. He is now a Member of the European Parliament.

An ex High Risk Search Adviser with 9 Squadron, (Airborne Engineers), Micky lost both his legs due to an IED strike in Afghanistan 2010. He is now a European Games and Invictus games power-lifting Gold Medalist and aiming for Gold at the Tokyo Paralympics in 2020.

Veterans for Peace Coordinator for the UK, Phillip Clarke is also a former member of the Intelligence Corps and the Royal Army Medical Corps.
