This week's PB & Jason takes the idea of exclusive game content offered as retailer-specifc preorder bonus to the task, specifically in relation of Final Fantasy XIII-2. In short, I think the idea is ridiculous, and I'm surprised to see Square Enix using this tactic for a Final Fantasy title. Oh, and I talk about Jesse's Nano Assault review, Bastion & Nick, a certain PixlTalk commentor is taken to the task, I bring up the games I'll be playing over Christmas, suggest a few reasons against buying the Vita at launch, and finally, I wrap up with some thoughts on the recent 3DS update to the Mii Plaza. I could sit here and type out the things I talk about in this week's PB & Jason. I could tell you I go over my thoughts and opinions about the PixlBit Games of the Year. And yes, I could talk about how I mention the NXE and the PS3 lawsuit, or tell you another gift idea for the holidays. I could do all of that, but that would be boring. Steve Jobs has passed away, and so the first few minutes of PB & Jason are devoted to some of the accomplishments he and Apple have made over the years, as well as his influence on the gaming industry. After a few minutes, the conversation shifts from Jobs to Apple's new iPhone 4S and what gamers should expect with it.  Following all this, there's naturally some Club Nintendo criticism, and even the mention of the currently potential Republican presidential candidate and his relationship to Pokemon!  Finally, after all this, Jason describes his perceptions of the competitive Brawl community and their impending ban of Meta Knight.
