  • God Is... - Audio

    10/10/2010 Duração: 2223h00s

Who is God to you? What role does God play in your life? Is God a giver of "stuff" or is He your everything? Our ability to answer that question will make the difference in the amount of power we operate with in our lives. It's one thing to look at God simply as a blesser, but it's another thing entirely to know him as a blessing in any situation, good or bad. When we're clear of Who God is and the role God plays in our lives, we'll be strengthen to thrive in the good and bad times of our lives. A deeper revelation of God is available to all of us, but that revelation comes only from knowing the "more" of God. (Matthew 16:13-23)

  • Bible Study: Acts 12 - Audio

    07/10/2010 Duração: 4389h00s

Our study of the book of Acts is as an analysis and application of a collection of case studies profiling monuments of extraordinary courage in both life and ministry. Our prayer is that, as we progress through this book, we can derive inspiration and courage from those shown by the disciples, and, as a result, live better, more impactful and God-glorifying lives. Evangelism and outreach are our major emphases for this conference year, and the book of Acts provides us the blueprint for doing those things to expand God's kingdom. Acts 11-12 continue chronicling the journey of Peter and the accompanying apostles into places and situations that were not receptive to the vision God had given him, albeit for completely different reasons. Although his ministry was constantly tested, Peter continued to minister the gospel the way God wished and was courageously defiant to anyone who had stood contrary to the work of God in him.

  • Learn from Examples, Live by Example - Audio

    03/10/2010 Duração: 1724h00s

The moment we think we've got it all together is the moment at which we're furthest from God. Regardless of how long you've been saved, how many Sundays out of the year you attend church, how much you tithe every week, or how much community service you've involved in, the only thing that matters to God is your obedience and your standard of holiness. Paul, wanting to make sure the Corinthians understood this, offered the story of the Israelites' wilderness journey as an example of what can happen when you begin thinking you're better than you really are.

  • Show Me the Money! - Audio

    26/09/2010 Duração: 2140h00s

We are living in a time when the word "Christian" means less than it ever has before because of how many people who profess Christ are simply not living like Jesus. At this moment of pervasive evil and widespread ungodliness and insincerity, God is demanding of us, "Show me the money!" God wants us to prove we are who we say we are and that we can do so even in the midst of darkness. In order to do so, however, we must know why we do what we do and have confidence in it. For our faith to mean something in someone else's life, we must know what it means for our own.

  • Bible Study: Acts 10 - Audio

    23/09/2010 Duração: 3281h00s

Evangelism and outreach are our major emphases for this conference year, and the book of Acts provides us the blueprint for doing those things to expand God's kingdom. Sometimes, you receive a vision or a word from God that dramatically shifts your perspective; fearful people explain away what they see and try to deny the shift with every excuse imaginable, while courageous people embrace the shift and allow it to change them. In Acts 10, God's people learn how to handle the visions that He has shown them, and they do so courageously, to God's honor and glory.

  • Living the Change - Audio

    19/09/2010 Duração: 1596h00s

Rev. Tracey ministers about how to live the change we claim we've received from God.

  • It's Time for Self-Examination - Audio

    06/09/2010 Duração: 2465h00s

Every once in a while, we all must reserve a period of self-examination to evaluate whether or not our level of personal integrity is enough to grow His kingdom. More important than any external aspect of growth is the what takes place on the inside of us. You can be the richest, most charismatic, most gifted, most beautiful person God has ever created, but what will truly draw people to Christ, above all creativity, looks, and charm, is the Christ in you. Many of the unsaved, either knowingly or unknowingly, have a void in their lives that needs fulfilling, and Holy Spirit dwelling inside you can provide them everything they need to turn their lives around. Is our integrity something people can recognize and be inspired by? Are we truly living like Christ? Paul's letter to the Philippians provides us the blueprint for this most vital examination.

  • Grow Where You're Planted - Audio

    29/08/2010 Duração: 1874h00s

One of the stark realities about this Christian life is that it is not lived in a bubble. If being holy were as easy as reading the Bible cover to cover one time, internalizing all of its laws, and blindly applying it in every situation, we wouldn't need to hear a sermon every week because we'd never be in need of instruction. That's not the case, however, because the environment in which God has called us to be His representatives is filled with opposition at every hand. The sooner we accept that opposition and face it head on, the more prepared we'll be to shine our lights in the midst of darkness.

  • It's Time to Grow! - Audio

    22/08/2010 Duração: 1899h00s

We no longer have time to ask, "Are we ready to grow?" We must, instead, state emphatically, "It's time to grow!" Jesus' parable of the sower teaches us that it takes being planted in good soil to enjoy proper, sustained growth, but what the parable doesn't illustrate is the characteristics of the people and things that grow consistently. Five essential characteristics are true of all growing people and things, and these are characteristics that are replicated throughout scripture. (Matthew 13:1-8, 18-23)

  • Bible Study: Acts 9 - Audio

    18/08/2010 Duração: 3514h00s

On the day of Pentecost, the church was birthed under the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit, and that power manifested itself in an exponential growth and consistent display of spiritual gifts and miraculous growth we still have yet to replicate more than two thousand years later. We've all discussed and heard many sermons outlining reasons why the early church had the power to do so much more then than we do now, but regardless of what perspective we bring to the discussion, what is clear is that these disciples had an unprecedented, unmatched courage most of us only dream to have. • Open Your Mouth! - Audio

    15/08/2010 Duração: 1646h00s

When we have valuable information, we want to share it with someone, for we understand the only reason we have that information in the first place is that someone shared it to us. Our primary responsibility is to share the gospel with others, but after that, we also need to tell people about the positive things going on in the place of worship where God has placed us. If we don't talk up our church, no one will because evil always opposes good. Open your mouth and let people know the good taking place in your house of worship, so that God may be glorified and the devil, horrified! Open your mouth!

  • Relationships - Audio

    18/07/2010 Duração: 1196h00s

Before you can enjoy fulfilling, sustaining relationships with others, you must first have a relationship with God; before you can reap the promises of God, you have to first establish a relationship with Him. Junior brings the Word of God in the afternoon service for Lay Day 2010, giving everyone in attendance much food for thought concerning their own relationships and whether they are or are not fruitful. (Genesis 2:18)

    18/07/2010 Duração: 794h00s

  • What Drives You? - Audio

    11/07/2010 Duração: 2133h00s

What drives you? Who drives you? What impacts your decisions on a daily basis? Are you motivated by personal gain or by the heart of God? When you're driven by greed and self, any circumstance or external force testing your faith will move you to make selfish decisions out of your fear of the unknown, rather than remaining faithful in God and His provision. When you're driven by the heart of God, nothing can deter you from living right, regardless of the circumstance. Be Spirit-led and Spirit-motivated in everything you do, and God, Who is true to His word, will always take care of you.

  • Move Out of the Way! - Audio

    04/07/2010 Duração: 2792h00s

When it comes to telling other people impeding our progress to our destination to move out of our way, but we have difficulty recognizing the times when we are the ones in our own way. We oftentimes so easily diagnose the problems of others, while failing to be real with ourselves and come to grips with our own issues. We, more often than not, are our single biggest roadblocks to our own success, and the sooner we realize that and take the necessary steps in our lives to get out of our own way, the better. We must get out of God's way and let Him guide our path from here to destiny.

  • Daddy Knows Best - Audio

    20/06/2010 Duração: 1720h00s

With the "deadbeat dad" epidemic having affected so many children over the years, it is very easy to see why Fathers' Day is treated with a ot less fanfare and notariety than Mothers' Day. As unfortunate as it is that so many children do not have relationships with the fathers, what cannot be overlooked is that no person on earth has ever amounted to anything without the positive influence of at least one man in his or her life. Paul's address to the Galatians concerning the comparison between the power of the law and the Abramic covenant illustrates the importance and benefits of father-child relationships.

If we approach these inevitable seasons in our lives with a Christlike attitude, however, we will find that it could be a season of tremendous growth in our lives because we can learn a lot about ourselves during this time that will carry us when God does bless us. While we're waiting, "in the meantime," bless God and take this time as a learning experience.

  • T-Minus 9 Months to Purpose - Audio

    09/05/2010 Duração: 1840h00s
